Autoboys Automotive Pty Ltd

Description

Autoboys was established in 2010 to provide automotive glass solutions to the insurance industry. We have since grown to provide automotive glass, parts, and paint solutions to the insurance industry as well as body repair shops, mechanical workshops, and individual customers. Our focus on technology, sales, parts matching, forecasting, fitment expertise, and on our customer has seen Autoboys unseat many of the entrenched glass and parts providers. In 2017, Autoboys attracted African Rainbow Capital as a 51% owner. This saw Autoboys become the first majority black-owned glass and parts service provider in South Africa. At Autoboys, excellence is our starting point and we partner with many top global manufacturing brands to consistently deliver to our customer. We aim to continue raising the bar by bringing innovation and a customer focus into everything we do.

Opportunity

Autoboys Automotive focuses on servicing the automotive supply chain needs of our partners in the financial services industry such as insurers and extended warranty and maintenance providers. Simply, we source and distribute both genuine and replacement automotive parts whilst directly integrating into the claims management systems of our partners. Leveraging technology and distribution, we have built an eco-system that allows full visibility of the claim, from first notification of loss, to location of repair, to the parts that are needed, and when they are required. This allows us to provide superior service and to create transparency around pricing.
